  • Funny how so many of us have been after finding this again. Used to be a proper floor filler in Kicks in Manchester England in the 80's. Gotta be honest it doesn't sound as good as I remember it then again I am 23 years older :(

  • @vedas8922 @vedas8922 OMG...STATE I remember those Back Lawn's. I didn't go there, I was just a kid then, my mom has worked there for for 25 years and she used to let me go to the back lawns. Crazy times and I was just a kid hanging with the college students. A lot of mention of NYC on this one. NYC had and still has a huge precense at State.

  • I think this singer performed the lead role in an off-broadway play called "Mama I want to sing." When she goes "my my my my love" it sounds a lot like when the actress sang "mama mama" in the play. That actress could hit some incredible notes also. Anyone have any info?

  • What a floor filler back in the day! Sunday nights at the Blue Bell in Chadderton near Manchester. DJ Mike Shaft used to play this one every week! Great memories.
