I want to buy the gin ichimaru soul reaper cosplay outfit because me and my friends joke around about me being captain of squad 3 so I want it. But since he's a captain, he has that white cloak thing overtop of his kimono thing. Does that cloak come off? Because I am going to an anime con really soon and I need to know because I will be cosplaying Rangiku. But if I do, then I can't have tht whit cloak thing. Somebody please tell me!!!
