I checked the audio to see if it was out of sync to the video, it isnt, how ever her mouth movements donot match the audio volumes in the lyrics. So yes she is lip syncing, feel free to check for yourselves using Sony Vegas and or VirtualDub. How ever i did find it funny seeing a jewish chick sing on a german stage.

Just because she sings pop doesn't mean she's fake, the way she's singing it here sounds nothing like the recorded version. The sax solo is pre-recorded, but nothing else. Well, actually you say "Gute Nacht!" (Good night!) in German rather just like in English, when you want to wish someone a good night before going to bed. "Guten Abend" is used for the evening. Probably it would have sounded a little bit more clear and idiomatic, if she would have said "Guten Abend, Deutschland!", but I think everyone understood her and knows she didn't want to send anyone to bed! :D So it was okay.
