1!South Ossetia was never a part of Georgia due to historical and juridical facts. Against! South Ossetians had joint (in 17th century) to Russia much earlier than Georgia and since that time juridical stays as a part of Russia! And even during communists South Ossetia had Autonomy with legitimated rights on its INDEPENDENCE!!!
