Yeah... about the Diamond Dogs, ...You need a male voice actor. If for nothing else but the male side characters. Spike is voiced by a woman in the official english version, but you'll still need someone for all the "colts", Big Macantosh, Breaburn, ect. ect.

This sounds pretty good for a fandub. I don't speak enough Japanese, but it definitely sounds like the enunciation is good. Audio/recording quality might need to be better, no offense; It just doesn't sound like the equipment is doing as good a job as one would want for an official dub or such.

They just use their camera to record the scene from YT with no sound and dub over it, and the dubbing is usually emotionless, doesn't match the character well, etc., and they almost never bother to include music. This person added music regardless of the fact that the original music wasn't working for them, and their voices are very well done.

Applying an objective model on entertainment media is a subjective manner, strangely enough. You have to break down the system granularity to only focus on your viewpoint for "objective" to be valid.
