@ImAlwaysR1ght Thank you for the advice, unfortunately there were some unforeseen technical difficulties during the filming of several of our videos which resulted in a poor camera angle. This problem has been corrected since then and hopefully our next upload of videos should have the issue taken care of.
I LIKE THIS VIDEO, IT WAS HELPFUL.. I USE ALBUTEROL, I DID NOT KNOW IT HAS A SIDE EFFECT.

so my doctor wrote me an Rx for Atenolol today. 25mg 5refills
BUT my blood pressure is usually REALLY low.
okay, so now I'm scared to take it if it's gonna lower my already low blood pressure

You should put the cue cards or whatever you're using somewhere where you are still looking into the camera I think. Just some advice.
