@Runner335 i replaced mine with an airtug like it said but didn't work! my game is off steam and you have to create another directory or something. i did everything the guy said but it didn't work. how did you do it?

I don't have a Steam version, but you can try this. Go to the games directory. Once you get to the GTA 4 folder, right click and make sure it's not set to Read Only. If you're not sure, turn on Read Only then turn it off and apply it.
