Here are two ways for those Weeping Angles to come back. 1. A stupid person goes into the basement and moves one or all of the Angles. 2. And I don't know why people don't think of this, but when the lights are out they can move no mater if someone is looking at them. So, light goes out, they are free.

@BronyMerchReviewer No, when the light goes out it makes it to where humans can't see them. When ever something can see them they turn to stone. Some things can see in the dark. Considering how the angels were able to know exactly where they were heading in the dark, it is safe to assume they can see in the dark. Thus, they won't stop being stone.

The angels can drain the daleks power, and they'd all have to sit there while the angel smashes the dalek open (they've been shown to be strong enough to break through metal with relative ease, I'm sure it could manage a dalek's casing), assuming it can't send the entire dalek back.

One weeping angel would honestly be enough to wipe out an entire army of daleks, maybe even a planet
