  • Puny Neon Tetras+Irridecent sharks=disaster..

  • the sharks seem to be too fast of swimmers and it is stressing out your other fish

  • Exactly..i don't go by the 1 inch of fish per gallon rule..as long as you keep up with maintaining your tank then its fine...i have alot of fish in my tank and they are all happy and healthy!

  • i mean ya it's overstocked but honestly as long as u stay ontop of the water changes it's not an issue to worry about i have a ton of fish in my tank 2 4 cory cats a pictus catfish 3 bala sharks 2 bettas 1 pleco and 2 convict/blood parrot cichlids in a 30 gallon and like i said as long as u stay ontop of the tank it'll be all good

  • any kind of tetra less than 4 inch that is carnivorous or is capable to eat a baby mouse

  • i usually dont say this, and i overstock my self. but 3 id sharks in a 30 gallon tank.... that my sir is a no no.. but who really gives a shit. as long as it looks good i guess

  • @TheFishKeeper100 Yeah. The piranhas should leave it alone.

  • @gtafanatic63 gazza3112 is rite they r not a id shark they r catfishes they look like a id shark from far away put if u see a closer look u will see stripes on them n their mustash.

  • ok......... just to tell you iridescent sharks get HUGE like 38 feet when there adults

  • 50GTTG50, lol Iridescent sharks, 38 feet??????, they dont, trust me, its a type of catfish, and reaches a maximum of about 4 feet

  • sorry bout that didnt mean feet meant inches

  • me nombre es Dieeeck Harper...

  • wow mega over bio load.... should be in a like 55+

  • That shark has a lot of energy. Good thing he is'nt too aggressive!

  • im planning on getting a 32 gallon eclipse acrylic. i have an aqueon 10 with a 3 inch pleco, 3 1 inch tiger barbs, and a 4 inch gourami. any suggestions for new fish in my 32? i was thinking a discus or maybe mollies. i need suggestions.

  • that id shark will grow to be 4 feet. not kidding. at all..

  • no maybe..... 2 feet at most.

  • ok so im getting some goldfish soon and im not sure whether to get a ryukin or an oranda please help??

  • I bought a 2 inch pleco yesterday. Its in my 25 gallon tank With A 7 Inch oscar.I need A Bigger Tank. I started out with three oscars and a fire eel. 2 of the oscars died from Hole in the head. And i do not know how the eel died thought.

  • do shark breed fast.. chuz im gonna buy sharks this weekend and i wanna kno whut type to buy breed fast ones ??

  • you can keep a pleco in a 30 Gallon tank?

  • Ya, but mine outgrew my 30gallon and I had to move it to my 125gallon.

  • if ur talking common pleco i dont think so but a clown plec or candystride should be ok

  • thx

  • candystripe sorry

  • excuse me

    ?

  • i said candystride pleco is small but candystride's dont exist im just correcting myself

  • Those Danios are great!!!

  • those sharks can get very big. i have one in a 530 litres tank. hes 30 cm.

  • weeeeee there is my Id shark (L)

  • the shark fish are small conpaired to mine mine are massive.

  • I know this video was posted a long time ago, but what is the name of that red plant? I'm curious because I just bought a Ludwigia Repens 'Rubin' and it looks similar to that one. I hope mine grows to look as pretty as the one in this tank!! =)

  • the tetra barbs are called serpae tetras

  • Those sharks will get at least 2 ft long get them out of there!

  • lol fun with dick and jane in the backround

  • ok!! i am jealous as shit!! your sharks are so @#$@ cool. Along with the tank dude. Nicely done

  • them sharks will eat everything soon and they do grow very large and will need to go in a larger aquarium]

  • Ya they need a 75 gallon it looks like. By the end of their life, a 400 will suit them (or that is what my friend has for two of them).

  • Those irridescant sharks grow to 3 ft. If you continue to keep them in that tank their organs will grow too large for their body and they will die from organ failure.

  • this tanks kool

  • yeah cone head you fucken cunt there bleeden hearts!

  • My dad can beat up your dad!!!

Thats basically what all comments are like on youtube, even for something peaceful like aquarium video's, sigh!

  • Your dad could probably beat up my dad. Haha.

  • be careful with the iridescent sharks, they don't like small spaces and will flip out and acutally jump out of your tank. a 30 gallon tank is really too small for them, but if you are careful with how much you feed them, they won't get too big.

  • 1" of fish per gallon of water. Most of your fish are small so its ok. I would worry about the bigger fish eating the smaller ones though.

  • i am gettin 2 angel fis at the weekend to put in my 2ft tank with 2 neons 6 harlequins and a silver shark should they b ok ???

  • no, u need 4 more neons and 2 more harlequins.. o and 1 more angelfish becuz if u have to they will pick on one another

  • the orange fish are called bleeding heart tetras! =) lovley fishtank!!! much enjoyed

  • no there not!

    those are red phantom tetras!!

dont comment if you dont know what you talkin about!

  • I do know what I am talking about! They probably just have a different name where you are. This is supposed to be a relaxing video, so please do not ruin it for others by fighting, okay? I have heard of them being called many different names so calm down. This is what this video is all about.

  • obviously you dont know what your talking about because bleeding heart tetras are seethrough and have a red dot right where the heart is! dude look them up there not even close to being orange.

  • the red tetras are called serpae tetras you can tell by the black dorsal fin look it up if u want

  • im loving tha tank i wouldnt care what anyone else is talking bout i love it

  • ohmygod... do you have any intuition whatsoever? Your sharks are living a nightmare. Can you not literally hear them screaming for lack of space and privacy?? They are stressed to the maxxx.

  • lol!! what is that in the backround!! nice tank btw!

  • o and bye they way i know yours is overstocked!!!!!!!!

  • some on tell me if my tank is overstocked please!!!! 25 gallons tall

    1 angel fish

2 wierd neon blue and pink fish ive never seen before

    5 small comet gold fish

    8 ghost shrimp

    8 afican dwarf frogs

    1 paddle tailed newt

1 jellow grami (dwarf small) and 2 white mollies that im getting rid of. and a pleco and a small cory catfish.

  • Hummm i think you're at the limit you got a video of this tank taking a better look my help me:)

  • yeah i think you go tit over stocked!!

your only supposed to have 6 in a 10 gallon and probably your only limit is like 14 for 25 gallon but if there livin ok then its probably ok.

  • how is that overstocked, the fish are fine. Besides it says in the desc. that hes planning a move.

  • shame its over stocked, coz this ones got taste. no castles, divers, sunken galleys, skulls or any of that chintz. i d keep the sharks seperate.

  • yooo your ID sharks get about as big as your tank... look up it up, you may wanna return them while you still can

  • overstocked

  • I don't understand who the imbecile was who gave you a thumb down, because you're 100% right, this is overstocking and if it's not now, then it certainly is after a few months!

  • And btw, I'm just repeating what many others have already said...sigh

  • Quote from the internet:

"The irridescent shark can grow up to 1 meter if cared for well"

    That's more than 3 feet...cough, cough

  • poor fish. Tank looks alright, but the it is completely overstocked and not fair to the fish. May be nice to you, but geez. I cannot begin to imagine the bioload here...

  • as in his new tank he toks about in the descrip

  • hey dude are those large shark lookin fish in the front agresstive? Oh and what are the little red fish? Cause they were soo cute!! and pretty tank i loved it ^_^. Fish are one of my favorit. and omg dude! I have one of those yellow fish... sry to say it there cool but there highly agressive towards other fish when they get bigger, you might want to get rid of him, for the sake of the blue ones. Just some friendly advice I lost quiet a few fish by owning one.

  • please look at my tank its height is less pl help me out give reply on my tank

  • Nice!

  • hi. im just wondering if you can put 2 10gl filter on a 30gl tank?

  • The tank looks good and it looks like a good enough home for the fish with the exception of the irr sharks. You should give them to the pet store. They get to be a foot long or more.

  • those sharks will eat all ur tetras and ur other small fish when they get a little bigger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • iridescents r peaceful. i htink u got them confused wit the paroon sharks, who r extremely predator

  • oh ye sorry man!! they still grow to bigfor ur tank though

  • gotta agree with u ther, but there's a small his tank is big enuf

  • How much did all that cost you?

  • I love neon tetras

  • ur sharks spend most of they're time at the top...

mine spend most of they're time at the bottom

  • chill out on the sharks

  • You're right, neons with catfish that are called sharks because they grow over three feet long. Gosh, I guess I'm the dumb one.

  • 30 gallons RULE!!!!!(i have one myself)

  • me too lol!!

  • So you know, each one of those sharks is going to grow to about 4 feet and weigh 97 pounds. You are going to stunt their growth and they are going to die really young.

  • they grow to three feet. theres other types of pangasius catfish that grow up to ten feet. still they will get stunted in this tank.

  • that tank has got lot of fish there but it real nice

  • Way way to many fish for a 30 gallon.

  • i also have 3 Id sharks but they are not as big as those and your id sharks ae magnificantly cool i personally love them

  • niice tank does any1 no how many fish u can fit in a 15 gallon ??

  • rule of thumb: an inch of fish per gallon

    including tail.

  • dude you wouldnt want a 15 inch Id shark in a 15 gallon aquarium would you? thats the dumbest rule ever.

  • Basically a rule for smaller fish, i should have clarified that.

    I.E

1 neon tetra per gallon, the rule doesnt really apply to larger fish.

and even 1inch per gallon is overstocking it. it would be safer to double or triple

  • what kind of fish do u want

  • hi ime thinkin of buying a i25 litre tank but i want to keep it just predotry and put a bichir in, will a 125 litre sufice of will i need to get a 200 litre

  • how long did it take for your id shark grow to get that size?

  • are they shark catfish?

  • They are catfish that look like sharks. FW sharks aren't actually "sharks" they are actually catfish(most of them). ID Sharks, shown here, actually grow a few feet in length and will quickly outgrow this tank or they will have stunted growth and die. You need about 240 gallons for ID sharks.

  • wow, many people on youtube have overcrowded tanks. I have a thirty and only keep 4 angels in it and very small rainbow shark. when its time even then ill have to upgrade...

  • That would definely been 1 of ur sharks how bit ur gourami and the neons arent moving much from the bottom is because their scared of the sharks get more neons 20 or so will do then their not shy their more brave and bold in a large shoal.

  • the orange ones are serpae tetras! awesome tank by the way

  • I have a huge problem, my 6 neon tetras dont move at all in my 20 gallon, they just sit in one spot! do i need to buy a heater? get more tetras? SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!

  • Ya they need a heater. Google "neon tetras" and you'll find lots of stuff about them.

  • Kinda funny you asking advice about neon care to a someone who keeps their neons with sharks

  • way to overcrowded

  • He said hes moving irridescents out soon then it wont be overstocked

  • nice tank what are the big shark like things called?

  • no man ur angelfish will not eat them!

  • Yeah i do not see the big deal every ones says "be care full, your angelfish will eat your neons". i have fully grown angelfish, they have yet to eat my tetras

  • hey, i have a 30g tank and i want to know is it 100% curtain that my angel fish will eat my neon tetras? my tetras are big (considering they are tetras) and my angel fish are well... mid-sized please respond

  • Hey, I have ta 28 gallon bowfront, 30 gallon pump, natural stone, 3 plants (1 real)2 rock structures ...I have 1 sunburst wag, 1 red wag, 4 neon tetras, 2 black molly, 2 silver skirted tetras, 2 big bellied wags, 3 five inch placos (also how would i get the placos to come out of the rocks/cave thing) Is this over stocker??? Thanks

    P.S. advice please

  • 3 plecos in a 28 gallon aquarium is way too many. and you should definitely get some more neons. atleast 5. preferably 10 or more. they like to school.

  • there is 1 pleco in the tank.....

  • how old are your sharks, or did u buy them like that?

  • cool setup through

  • YEAH THOSE RED ONES ARE ROSY BARBS.

you can tell because barbs are always bitin at each other.

  • oh wait thoses are some red tetras. :P

I saw those saw fish at the pet store today.

  • those arnt rosy.. i believe their serpaes

  • those sharks there get very big

  • i cant see em well but i think the orange ones are tiger barbs..

  • Is that sand you are using for substrate. How are you keeping it clean?

  • the sharks have got to go! too big for 30 gallons, nor are any of your other fish compatible (theyre prey), notice them all hiding at the bottom. aside from that, sweet sharks they look healthy :)

  • FYI.........the sharks have been gone for 3 or 4 months........they went to a 125 gallon set up.......and they will eventually be going to a 400 gallon tank........

  • Well, about the shark catfish, saying it can't get to 3ft in that tank is like saying a child can't grow to be an adult in a box thats to small. It's true the fish will either die, or become deformed before it becomes an adult. A fish should never be kept in a tank thats to small. I hope you will either get a tank large enough for irr sharks or take them to a fish store.

  • first irredecent sharks wont grow 3 ft in a tank smaller than about 300gallons in a 125 gallon they will get roughly 1ft

  • wow im stupid nvm

  • what kind of sharks are those?

  • i like the "Fun with Dick and Jane" in the background.

  • thanks for the comments, new video coming soon. the sharks are moving out! the plants are growing like wild fire! thanks again!

  • nice tank however those catfish are gonna need a huge huge tank in a while they get huge

  • That's a very sexy tank you got there! good stuff!

  • a shark cant grow to 3 ft long in that tank. depending on the size of the tank the shark shouldnt get al that much bigger. looks goo though ill put up a video of my tank soon

  • You know those sharks grow to be 3 feet long right? I hope you have a BIG tank ready for them.

  • the orange ones are skirt tetras

  • i believe those are serpae tetras, not skirts

  • right...I found out after I commented sorry.

  • sweet i got a 32 gallon and i also got id sharks like you man but they arent so big just yet glad to see how they will get
