  • THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Js. I Use Either Scissors To get it off the Rose NAIL. I Used a Nail For it But I Just carefully stick the scissors under it cut then lift the open the scissors to get it on the cake.

  • im not sure but...if its not that stiff add corn flour.. sieve it and only use little bit at a time.

  • hey Many thanks for the response, I live in Japan and have not seen soy cream, i can use regular cream and use piping gel to stabilize it, I will try whipping it day or two prior , but lil worried as it may get watery , please suggest , what u think ??I am not that fan on buttercream so i need to make a rose of fresh cream

  • @sweetoceania ...well my cream doesnt get watery...infact it become stiff enough to make flowers n roses...i just keep it in an air tight container and refrigerate it simply...

I am in Japan and i don;t see Rich product here.. however iwill try ur idea of whipping cream 2 days prior, but I wonder it wont get watery .. how do u store it?? seal it with clear sheet or aluminium foil...I am not tht big fan of buttercream, so i wld love to make some roses with whipped cream :)..

  • @sweetoceania ...i use Rich's whip cream.its soy cream and has got stablisiers in it which helpe cream to get so stiff...and moreover i beat my cream atleats two days prior when i need it and refrigerate it...it also helps...

    the maximumj time u beat the cream is 10 minutes.. i think u dont beat it properly

  • Oh my God i visit your website you are talent. I wish i could do quart of your work. Do you use only whipped cream you dont use butter cream? If you use whipped cream does it last long or it will melt? i mean if i do it for my baby birthday will it will stay for 10 hourse? please please can i have the recipy for the whipped cream and wht kind of cream do you use?
