I thought this was an interesting experiment for YouTube. For being only one editor, I think your selections were pretty fair and diverse. I liked a lot of them, some I didn't -- not much different than normal. My only complaint is with your Charlie reference, not because you bagged on it, but becuase it caused me to go watch it, and then rewatch to try and figure it out, and now I can't get the damned thing out of my head.

Well, whatever you may think of me for saying this.. I'm glad that the YouTube staff is selecting the videos again. You were just too biased. You just selected the best videos of the people you subscribe to. I like how the usual editors don't choose videos made by the most subscribed list and give more attention to videos that seem to go unnoticed by everyone else. You just did that for the people who already get attention like periurban.

Awhile ago I received a single, polite message from mrpitiful band requesting I watch his videos. I now receive a single announcement from him when he posts a new song. I do not consider this spam. Spamming is sending 50 private messages to my mailbox, or posting "WATCH THIS" 100 times on my comment section (both of which have happened in the last day). And regardless of how he promotes himself I think he's a fantastic musician and deserved a feature.
