I used to like Jane Lynch. She was great as a third banana in 40 Year Old Virgin.  After that, um, she's proven to pretty much be a one note performer. Every single thing she's been in, she's the same friggin' character. All she does is that side mouth nasal talk as if she's trying to keep things confidential to whoever she's talking to. She's fine for little bits at a time, but come on, girl! Learn how to act...which means to play DIFFERENT characters every once in a while!
