If I remember correctly the Turkish military is secular as is the state, and were great many Turkish people protesting against the dangers of Islamic fundamentalist president being elected. A good observation on Chinese investment in Africa. However, are you not painting too rosie a picture of China, surely it capitalist exploitation even if it does bring in its wake prosperity.

Perhaps Marx analysis is correct the whole world is now going through capitalism. Why is not mentioned that what we really have bourgeoisie democracy?
