It all comes down to the PG era, it doesn't matter what WWE did before that by they certainly had some other moments too, some hardcore ones too, the TV doesn't allow it anymore, making the show 14+ now would mean no kids wouldn't be allowed to watch, about a quarter of the planet's population, Vince's would lose a lot of money you know. Grown ups nowadays aren't really watching WWE anymore except if they were big fans, they're just coming with their kids.
