A film by Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings) and Del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth) would not be remotely as bad as that trailer. The Last Airbender wasn't that great, but M. Night Shyamalan has directed some brilliant films (The Sixth Sense/Signs). The three of them working together is one of the greatest things that could ever happen to a franchise.
