my problem is that i always start the year very enthusiactic & motivated but after i finish the first semester , particularly after the results , i dont know what happens i feel bored , tired , i lose my enthusiasim , i lose my energy, this started during collage iam usually a nerdy student i dont know why i have changed ;( ...i love what iam studying though ,,,
Hey Rick. I have a question! First. im going to a private school and my parents really want me to try hard because they have to pay 1000$ a month! they even want me to memorize like 35 words so would this guide help me memorize all these words. My next question is would any of john sebastians music or mozarts music help me in thinking or is it just some types of their music! Thanks Rick. Please reply ASAP.
Yes this guide will help you do just that, we have a simple technique that ensures you can remember and recall a long list of anything you may need for an exam. To answer the 2nd question I would recommend music by a company called holosync, you should be able to downoad their compliations via itunes I believe.
best to listen to something you don't really know the tune to...This may cause more distraction than actually changing your brainwaves to a more concentrated state.
Yes, you can choose any piece, most of the classics have the same beat to them - this can sometimes be more of a personal preference. I hope that helps
This was pretty cool. Thanks for this. I've actually started listening to online classical radio through my iPhone during study periods at school; I have actually noticed that it has improved my concentration time.
I am no longer a student in university, but I still take courses for work, I finished an engineering degree and physics degree in sydney Australia. And I just thought other could benefit from the way my friends and I took tests in school then later in university :)

did someone else serached for the word "studying" cause you just couldnt focus on studying for an exam lol i have tonight and tomorrow to read like a million pages on history and memorize it all..... plus homework
I passed all my final exams studying with a song that is not exactlly the best type of music for relaxing, but for some reason I just kept that song playing in my headphones while having pen on hand and I was just more focused and relaxed, actually I was even happier studying and was able to sit longer hours. I'm not recomending this song to no one, just comenting the experience that definitely worked for me. The song was: Aphrodisiac by Brandy. Ha!
Yes that would be distracting indeed, that's why the music must be at a low volume and only intended to change your brainwaves subconsciously. I hope that helps :)
Thank you! That was helpful! You're cute by the way... Like your accent... Do you think writnig the things you have to learn by hard is a good way to study? Or talking out loud is better- pretending you're explaining to someone the thing you're studying?
Hi...thanks for the comments :) learning out loud will aid in remembering more things as your brain will work in another way to memorise the same info. (which will make recall during an exam easier...). A great way to learn something as you said, is to teach another person or explain the concept to a friend in a way they will understand. This causes you to see the infomation in another light because you be explaining slightly differently then how you learned it...hope that helps :)

thanks for the info will any songs from them composers work because im studying for high school anatymy and physiology and there is a lot of remembering with the body parts and such.
there is a company called Holosync that produces music to get your brain in Alpha state. However the classical music I referred to was music composed during the Baroque era. Composers included; Claudio Monteverdi, Antonio Vivaldi, George Frideric Handel, and Johann Sebastian Bach :) Hope that helps
