Focuses on Pips and the Beetle Boys for some reason, and they go to human-inhabited areas to rescue some forest animals but keep getting distracted by all the neat stuff we have. It's a pretty pointless and pathetic attempt to squeeze more money out of it.

But the most important thing about all of this is if the vast majority of people begin to buy the non animal tested cosmetics eventually it will become the economical thing for cosmetic companies to switch to. That's how the free market system works, majority purchase will equal majority production.

People who have skin conditions that they want to conceal for instance, burn victims after receiving cosmetic surgery still have problem areas to cover up. The cosmetic industry is more than just makeup. There have also been great breakthrough's in health due to the cosmetic industry.

Change the market and buy organic. However, keep in mind that somethings like those age defying creams and treatments have to go through the regular testing process to insure Human welfare. There are regulation for condition of lab animals to insure their welfare.

However, there are regulations that the cosmetic companies have to abide by, like not testing on humans before testing on animals. Next time you buy lipstick and it doesn't result in blistering or worse, thank testing both on humans and animals.

good song, let go of politics. It's a song that was designed around what people wanted t hear, not what was true. The rainforest is being "destroyed" by the people who live there who are cutting down to build farms, not the logging industry. If you make your living cutting down trees, you're going to replant because otherwise you'd go out of business very quickly. Animal testing is necessary to insure "humans" don't die or get sick. Or should we just stop trying to cure cancer to save animals.

@SupHapCak there are differences, but those same differences apply to drug testing. which is why they use more pigs, primates, and rats for testing. Why rodents? Shorter life cycles than pigs and primates. It's necessary and a regulatory requirement. Want it changed? Get the law changed so the cosmetic industry can go straight to human testing with pay to the test subjects. Of course then you'll have people complaining that they are taking advantage of the poor.
