I am posting this because I deal with Progressive all the time and I know that they are the worst Insurance company in America. Progressive will stipulate that your car is repaired with aftermarket parts.They will also make you feel like you cant choose your own body shop. You can choose your own shop. It is your legal right. Its YOUR vehicle.Before you switch from a good insurer(AAA, State Farm, USAA or Mercury. Think twice and do the research. Progressive will devalue your car

I do not know the facts, but I do know it is important for us to all realize that commercials are designed to sway our opions against our best interests. Now, I am a huge fan of Flo, mind you - she is much like my wife, so when I see her on TV, it's almost as though I am seeing my wife in the limelight; but regardless of our feelings for this great lady, we have to keep Progressive in perspective.
