Thanks for mentioning that. I'm not a Libertarian, but I think the country is being ruined more by a false dichotomy, two party system than by anything else. We need at least four political parties.
One dem who sounds like he's really shitty, and now a new republican who will undoubtedly be even worse.
America, just because ONE democrat sucks, you don't need to replace him with a republican, because they suck even more. Replace him with another democrat.
bullshit, vote independant, you don't rewards follishness with money, thats how the democrats and republicans became so powerful in the first place because people were stupid enough to reward failure with success
Yeah, let's get the terminology straight. Sanders qualifies as an independent because he's never been a member of either party. Senators like Leiberman, Byrd, or Gramm qualify as "whores" because they've had their hands in BOTH parties. People like that are worse than politicians, they're HYPERpoliticians.
Um pakrat, you mean like Corzine getting into a serious accident while having his driver rip down the road at 90+ mph? That kind of using office unethically? Face it - both choices pretty much suck here. This is one of those rare dogfights where I wouldn't mind seeing both dogs rip each others' throats out.
Christie is the lesser of two evils by far. If you really want more taxes and more loss of jobs and more spending, vote for Corzine/Daggett.

What about Ken Kaplan? He's the libertarian nominee for governor here in NJ.

Reward failure with success?

yes as in giving something a person doesn't deserve

well if an independent has a chance to win, and he's smart, then by all means vote for him.
but just because he's an independent doesn't mean he's above political bullshit.
joe lieberman is just about the most typical, 2 faced, bullshitting politician there is, and he's an independent.
but then you have bernie sanders who's one of the best senators we have and he's an independent.

I seriously do not care if a politician drove down a one way street the wrong way. At all.
TheRamenAvenger 2 years ago
It wasn't the driving part- it was using his office/position in an unethical manner.
