Well, you're a good video maker who's getting better. Piece of advise, lay off the flashes. Sometimes when you put them in, they're ok and appropriate. However, when they are, it's overshadowed with several other flashes done throughout this video. You have talent, and a good eye, try pushing yourself by making a fast paced video without any flashes at all. (I've only seen two of your videos thus far, so sorry if you've already done this)

I think you're right about this however I'm not sure about what should be put instead of them. In this song there are many moments that require ... something flashy xD If you know what I mean. Could you help me with this please? :)
