@cjm9822 You're actually both half right. Yes it's a real piano, yes it's amped. However, it also has a pickup and uses an mks-20 MIDI module... that's how he gets a few different sounds, and why they all sound rather "bright". Hope it helps :)

speaking as one who's tried, i can say that this song just does not work solo on piano....the fact that he made it work highlights why he's had so much success...absolutely an amazing performance

@anthonystuart69 - He makes it look so easy. And harmonically, the song is really quite simple. But nailing that groove and making it rock the way he does without a rhythm section is SO much more difficult than it seems.

das was elton john benutzt ist ein sogenanntes nieren mikro, das braucht druck, um einen guten klang erzeugen deswegen geht er so nah dran, das was moderatoren haben ist ein schallfänger mikrofon, das hat einen guten filter und ist somit auch auf kleinere schallwellen ausgerichtet, die aus dem umkreis von 40 cm kommen
