Now if you just got a vice and a hacksaw, and copied all those bits in metal you'd have a working shotgun, shotgun barrels are available for less than $10. buy a premade bolt, and fabricate everything else.

@MrVresnov problem is the trigger assembly and the shell carrier (or lift, or whatever is the correct name).

But the barrel, receiver, stock, bolt, magazine tube, etc is easy.

@bf2lover42 lol here the homemade shotgun can only fire a bullet at a time atleast in my country theres no clips or lift any of that stuff...just 2 peices of metal pipes and another 2 welded at the bottom to use as a grip..its called (sumpak) haha yea its oldschool but fires a shotgun shell pretty good...different kinds of sumpak can be donde..even with 9mm and a 45....but can only fire one at a time...so the king of people use it is poor people...people that can only afford a few bullets etc

@TheInfiniteGamerz No he can't. He simply followed templates that are found across the internet. In the US you can make your own firearm as long as it's not an NFA item and you don't sell it.

His videos would be taken down from youtube as his designs are way deadlier than the usual smoke bombs, diet coke bombs, etc. and that is the reason he shouldn't post tutorials that are too detailed.

As a matter of fact, he told us how to make the paper, the primers, the propeller and the bullets.

@anthony102010 You can find AK receiver templates easily with google. I never done any because they are in American letter sizes.

You can find schematics of shotgun trigger groups with google, you just have to "guess" the thickness. The mossberg 500 and remington 870 are all over the web.

About bolts, I have no clue. I did have a very detailed 1911 blueprint, but when I went searching for the Makarov it seems nobody has it. And they only have 29 parts, ffs.

@SKUMMASBAGGUS it is live rounds, but its handloaded, in other words, he re built them from empty casings. What this does is allow him to use lighter bullets, and a lower charge, both of which reduce pressure. I suspect however that since it is not all paper, that the barrel and the bolt are made primarily of metal. If you look at his tests, the performance appears to be that of a high end pellet gun, which can definitely take out most small animals for hunting.

@ELITEHAMSTER123 Would those books apply to software like Solid Works? Because I am not planning on building things that shoot (illegal to manufacture those things on my country) but to practice some design (thinking about going to engineering).

But if it talks about calculations like the ones he did to measure the pressure/charge/pellet weight then I won't mind about it reading too. I have 3 years of physics and I am fairly good on fluids, if that helps.

hey, this is some prototype I guess, did you "invented" the mechanism yourself? i dont think so. i made some stuff too in metal and made my own mechanisms (it took me 1 year to start from an idea to end up with working gun. can not give details becouse it is not safe and i am scared to make video of it , and get problems etc. i used solidworks .for disigning.

@c0d3cr4zy it's fun to put things together, see how one thing works with another, much like an extreme form of LEGO's. this shotgun shoots homemade shotgun shells, and there is less pressure than in a real shotgun with a real shotgun shell, but just enough to project the tiny pellets.

it's essentially a working firearm about as hard as PVC piping or ABS plastic, and it shoots a "safe-enough" round to not harm the firearm itself. overall, just a really cool hobby.
