Russians: They have eliminated shortages which had first mazda6. Very good coupe design. And very small and narrow info screen. This car( he says with 2.0 engine and automatric transmision) will be definetly demanded in Russia. I had a test drive and I love this car!!.

Torque comparison - Mazda 2.0 inline4 184nm@4000rpm, Camry 2.0 inline4 190nm@4500rpm, Honda Accord 2.0 inline4 186nm@4500rpm. Also Mazda is much lighter below 1360kg. Mazda now goes for practical. 7 yrs later when u got into trouble it's still mechanical n easy fix. If ur driving Accord, u'll be sending it to service ctr n forced to buy expensive electronic modules

felixcock, Mazda 6 always is a good accelerator with superior handling, not for wreckless driving. Mazda today emphasized on practicallity & fuel economic for u to use long term (over 8yrs). If u wanna race, go for fuel thirsty Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 9 0-62mph in 5s that has worse consumption than a bmw 750li

I dont want to race,I just dont want to drive or thrash an underpowered car.Practicallity?Its larger and more awkward to park.and more susceptable to car park dinks.I t doesnt even have rear sensors unless you buy T.O.R. 'SL'.BUT Granted theyre just following the trend set by VW in the Passat and Ford in the Mondeo(same car).

Spose theres always the option of going for the new 3,undoubtedly that will end up the same size as the outed 6....Now where did I see that Lada Riva for sale?

felixcock, ur not from the United States so I don't think Mazda in UK will have any transmission from Ford prob. U can always install reverse sensor if they didn't provide. Mazda is still smaller than Camry & Accord. In UK, u should have no prob with 2litre engine unless u want to outrun Aston Martin
