haha this guys the man..if i tried this with the cops they would of smashed my camera into pieces and threatened to beat me up at the local detachment
This is in one of the firstways RCMP and other "Harlet(Queen) swarnen" officers throughout Canada do when they violate common peoples rights and if some people do not object this will esculate!
It is wonderfull to have a postivive view of them now you would quite likely "feel and think"..... if you were one of the girls that were victims in the above noted crime.
We are sitting at over 300 admitted dead althought the actual cases exceed this number by "taser abuse" alone murdered by these literal "henchmen" primarily established to kill or silence the "Native Peoples" so the "Harlet" could pirate their land not to mention they are out of date as law enforcemnet officers.
As a security officer in Princce George I have met many RCMP officers. I have no problem with them. When I lived in Ontario the OPP were decent to me as long as I was decent to them. As far as I'm concerned the people that have a problem with police also tend to have a problem with authority in general. The same people that mouth me off while I am on duty and give me excuses. Also the same people that make wise crack comments about me and others while we are on duty.
Of the many does the ones you include any of the nine named as sex offenders following the "Judge Ramsey" case or maybe specifically the scum low "Cst. Jack Harris" who would be guilty by overwhelming evidence according to the investigators continued .......
However the RCMP ignore the law when it applies to themselves obviously and made an internal policy that the public would not be even informed of until it had to be relied on and the scum officer's father (RCMP Sgt. Harris was instrumental in making sure his son got the benifet of, "to exempt any officer from being charged with a serious offence unless they are charged within one year of the crime".
ok...this makes more sense now. Ole Perry Mason seems to have a hate on for the RCMP in general and this cop got a taste of it. Just click on the RCMPAbuse name and it shows his page of cop hatin'. Dude ....you really need to spend more time on your psychologists couch rather than bashin cops. Hopefully the cop in this video is watching so he can take that information to court if Mason here if really on planning the event. pfffft hahahaha
To me it sounds like the passenger did his best to try to get under the cops skin but didn't succeed. Why would he be seeing the cop in court? He wasn't the driver! The cop appeared to be professional according to what was heard in the video while the passenger comes across like a whinning little baby! Get a life loser!
So......a police officer just decides to pull over a vehicle and walk up to the passenger only for the purpose of "harassing" them? Then decides to "make up" a false accusation of an "insecure load" just in spite? In spite of what?
What is your argument? Is it that the driver received a ticket or that you were "harassed"? If its the case that you were harassed then posting the whole video will not hurt your case....this is not CSI and a murder scene. Your day in court will be laughable at best.
Then why not show the whole video? Looks like you are the one with the attitude as it clearly shows you interrupting and trying to antagonize the police officer while he is trying to explain the ticket to the driver. As a passenger you should have shut up and let him do his job. Obviously you have a problem with police or anyone in a position of authority. But then again .....maybe you have mental health problems and you forgot to take your medication that day!
THANK-YOU! for your follow-up comment, in response to your initial question of legal coarse it is fairly commonly understood that some evidence should not be released until after trial of the matter. We can appreciate your perspective from viewing this segment of video however, the passenger was actually the person who was approached and harassed by the officer, the driver ultimately was only penalized merely for spite because most clearly the officer did not want the risk for any other action.
The significance of this video segment now more clearly demonstrates how blind and easily mislead people such as "phantom415" and "Bat241" can be and have clearly revealed in each of their comments simply because they never questioned beyond want was shown to them!
Facts are; the ticket in this video was for an "unsecured load" the video does show the load was tied down with rope and further evidence that will be released in court at the trial of this matter will then reveal the complete manners of this R.C.M.P constable prior to the constable becoming informed his actions were recorded and that the issuance of this citation was actually the outcome of spite rather than lawful justification.

When was the first or last time an RCMP properly informed you of your rights before questioning you about anything?
Do you even know what informing you of your rights should entail?

The RCMP proudly protects their de-generates though!
This is a capital crime offence in that case and bears no "statue of limitation".
