Well, it's different for different persons.

I have 130 hours demoman

the first 30 hours I wasted to stickie camp - tf2 was my first fps game

the next 20 hours I used nothing but stickies

This was pretty good. I've done stuff like this before (sticky leading, midair pill pop, etc) and I don't consider myself a pro demo. Still, it's entertaining and the music... doesn't suck. Unbelievable.
