  • Good movement. Why the head falling back so much? my coach would ask...and then slap me with his shoe if I do it again. hahahahaha! true enough and I know some don't agree with that method of teaching but it worked for me.

  • Great form. Which branch of Ngo cho is he from? Was this demo done in China or Taiwan?

  • can you upload sanchin and 20punches forms??

  • Impressive!

  • Hey I like this vid, I am training Wuzuquan myself, getting my white belt on thursday :D

  • This won't improve fioghting skill, it does help build, Qi, and strength. Yeah Chinese kung fu has lost a lot of it's combat work. I praise you for working to bring it back. I've been doing wuzu chuan since 2001, and martial arts since 1979

  • Hey awesome I learned this in NJ from Bonifacio Lim. I used to do it at demonstrations. To anyone watching this form is much harder than it looks and requires steady training and preparation. Do it wrong and you hurt yourself.

  • Do it wrong will hurt ownself? But this is just basic pattern without much aerial stunts. Only some patterns are too long and I often forget the moves. Not too hard though.

  • The moves where you strike yourself need special attention. You should be striking hard, very hard, along the sides of the body and the center. You must inhale, pause, tighten the anal ring, the abs and the throat as you keep the tension as low as possible. You strike first THEN release the air, just a bit then use forcefull exhalations for the strikes after yourself. many peole do the strikes lightly, so they don't get to use this breath control method. cont..

  • So yes the form is short, and the moves are simple on the outside. If you do Ngo Cho Kune with a lot of internal power and tension in the righ tplaces you actually have to concentrate, you tighten some muscles and not others, you use your breath and you visualize. If you practice this way the simple moves have dificult Qigong and neuromuscular elements that build much power, internal and external. Good luck in your training.

  • Thanks for ur advice. What I learnt was to release air when striking at the same time. Inhale when pulling back and release air when striking. All of those u mentioned I do follow except "tighten the anal ring". How do u do that?

  • the acupoint Hui Yin is tightened. The way you do this is to use muscle control to tighten the perinium, this muscle controls the anus and the region between the anus and testicles. This puts a light pressure on the vagus nerve, cranial nerve number 10 (don't squeeze too hard) this is what moves your qi and blood, regulated blood pressure and metabolism. this also stops you from getting hemmorhoids from internal pressure during the form.

  • Ok, will try this. See whether it'll improve my fighting skill. So, how long have u been training wuzu fist? I'm trying to convert mine into reality fighting style, make it works in real fight. Hope it'll change the public perception in my country that Kungfu is useless when being attacked amongst Chinese here.

  • @deejin25 kewl explanation.... @_@

  • Do you know the name of this form?

  • damn thats good, i can totally see the sanchin in the opening

  • Wow your arm technique is awesome. really well done

  • His arm movements are reaaaallllyyyy big

  • Hi fiveancestors2007, thanks for posting! I do not practice wuzuquan but was wondering why the fear foot moves on the ball on some of the strikes. What is it's purpose?

    Thanks again!

  • his stance is wrong

  • agreed, not excecuting form properly.

People tend to get lazy with their forms.

I can still only do a form properly once and be out of breath.

  • hen hao

    from Italy

  • i like this style's economy of movement and i wish there were more quality videos on the tube. I also think the guy in this video is pretty damn good.

  • hi! thanks for your comment. they guy in the video is the son of one of the main Shifus. :) i'm trying to figure out how to get the videos from their chinese website onto youtube. stay tuned...

  • It seems abit wushu-ish?

  • I thought the movements looked very wide. As compared to the Wuzu Quan my uncle learned in the overseas communities, this particular style certainly has alot more movement within it.

  • It is Sa Thouw Tim Thouw (三头朕头). Mainland style , with wide movements.

  • In Tit Tat
