Open the lcd screen, make sure you have the channels set to internal mic, then test it out see if it works. Maybe you are filming 32 fps, or higher? if so, no audio will be recorded
i also have a HPX 170 camera while shooting i don't know what button did i press or something wrong with the formatt i didn't record sound, please help me.
