  • i just took a massive shit my pants

  • The 'Kong' and the 'King-kong' are the same vault apart from the king kong is performing the vault on your knuckles like a gorilla or king kong in the film, the gorillas walk and move on their knuckles, not their hands.

  • i am 13 an i can do a 6'10 kong jump

  • Fake and gay

  • U kno i usly read comments 2 see if theres anything funny or dirty not pricks arguing about some gay stuff PS nice kong jump

  • (continued) and I'm sure you wouldn't want that on yours. If you freerun you'd understand this, or maybe that's the reason you have no parkour vids because you don't want people to be criticizing you, and everyone that see's parkour that isn't in it is very critical...you know what! i was in the middle of writing this but here you just proved my point. fuckin be apart of the community kid...O yea you probably don't know anything about it

  • i have an 8ft kong outside after a few months i just wish i had a camera or something to record it

  • Let's see that on a table on bricks, and using split-foot instead of planting.

  • try clearing at least five feet without a bouncy floor.

  • @MrPredatorix most retarded comment ever...

  • dude is that omega gymastics becasue i go there alot! i reconize the foam pit :D ?

  • NICE!

  • Haha wow. Why do people gotta tear other people apart? Great you can do it in a different environment. I bet he can too, without rubber flooring or spring. And I'm pretty sure the term is really king kong but honestly does it confuse you when somebody says kong or king kong?

  • Called Kong. Not King Kong.

  • @HappyGuyxlii when its that long i dont mind him calling it King xD

  • @HappyGuyxlii actually the kong has a few names and two ways of doing it. One variation of the kong is the monkey vault, pretty much a seperate vault all of its own but still. The full name of the Kong vault is the King Kong because it remindes most people of a guerrilla or King Kong, but it has been shortened to the Kong vault. another name of the Kong vault is the cat pass, but "Kong" sounds more masculine and advanced. Just some helpful information from a parkour traceur.

  • @HappyGuyxlii Kong is short for King Kong lol.

  • man this is stupid shit i did that like a 1000 times and im 14 man this is nothing special !!!!

  • that's not 9FT, the most about 7FT

  • anything can be done in a gym.....lets see it outside

  • its not just gym floor , it a sprung one they gives you loads of bounce

  • Guys King kong is what kong is shortened from xD its actually called king kong >>

  • Lol.... I have done that on a wooden floor without bounce and with less runup

  • Wow I just recognized the gym I go to! XD Oh yea and its kong not king kong smrt 1

  • King Kong ! Haha :) It's Kong .

  • ahh smart 1 its a kong not a King kong

  • Do it outside , see the feeling :) You will do less trust me :D

  • nicee!

  • are u guys with pkbc? or are u like another team?

  • Thom's taking off WAY to close to the obstacle, so he's sacrificing a lot of length. That won't work on a surface with no bounce.

  • i can do 10 ft with a faceplant OWNED !

  • you suck. i can do a 5 foot!

    lol?

  • anyone notice thats hes on a tramp track/?

  • i learned the kong just yesterday and i have to say one of the easiest vaults to do. once you learn it the skill will just advance.

  • if i had this gym for practice...iwould better than fucking 3run!!!!damm

  • yeah my friend can do a 12 ft on grass

  • Hey, im really interested in parcour and would like to learn more about it and how to use it. How should i begin? Im right now pretty well trained and work out 3 days a week.

  • @puttefnasken watch how-to vids and learn the real names. find a gym. go to it and practice. thats what i did and im in a 5 man pk and freerunning group and im 12 yrs old.

  • @dylbopper where at. im looking for a team

  • @puttefnasken Bodyweight workouts. You dont need the dumbells.

  • gym floors are sick for doing flips ans shit but the bouce is too much as mrwiddim said so he is king of cheating, try that on a rail :P

  • You're great but I have a friend wich have done it in 12 foot

  • NICE

  • WTF???

    To protect his family?!!??

God it's not a competition I agree with that but how does protecting his family come into it

  • You Rul3 :))

  • red bull gives you wings

  • @MattyandFriends Want some epic with that fail?

Your a disgrace to parkour. Judging by your video at your page, it takes you half an hour to climb a 10 foot wall, and your rolls... Im not gonna criticize it. Im just sayin'.

  • i can land a perfect faceplant from a 9 foot height.

  • LOL haha u must have watched my tutorial then coz that all i kno too hahahaha

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLL

  • I'm trying to work up to tht, ATM I'm at 4 1/2

  • @Zirsquishy you fucking made my day dude ROFL !!!

  • @Zirsquishy LMAO!!!!!

  • I can front tuck over a nine foot mat.

  • PKBC! vancouver ftw =P

  • for everyone confused. he meant 9 feet across. not 9 feet vertical. but that is a really big jump. and thats freaking sweet

  • lol no shit, anyone who can kong 9 feet up is either spiderman or something else inhuman! =P

  • I would love to see spiderman in kong. it could be the fourth movie!

  • yeah, it cud b called spykour, le art du inhuman! =]

  • Now we just got to hire this guy to be spiderman. and the joker will challenge spiderman in a parkour contest

  • Ya, pity we don't hav Heath ledger trynna do massive kongs nd stuff...that'd be funny as hell!

  • ya that would be funny. We should have venom doing some sick backflips!

  • the floor helps, but it's still crazy O_O

  • gym floors give you a ridiculous bounce for vaults.

  • @mrwiddim Exactly i am sick of these pussies acting all big and bad doing this crap on padding show it to me on concrete! Then i know they have skills

  • @mrwiddim true

  • @mrwiddim lucky our school gym (were i practice for parkour) is wooden :)

  • @mrwiddim yeah it's much easier

  • @mrwiddim - Those grapes were probably sour anyway.

  • @mrwiddim That's a fucking ridiculous comment, if that comment was true freerunners would only be able to flip in gym. the only reason you got top rated is because the majority of people THINK gym floors are bouncy when actually designed to absorb weight, not shoot it up like a trampoline. yes it gives VERY, VERY little bounce if you jump as hard as you can from a hight. but not running like that, from no high drop point...what are you thinking

  • @djbroncoroc Step 1: Look at the 84 thumbs ups next to my comment. Step 2: Actually go to a gym to train. Step 3: Stop being an e-runner. Step 4(optional): Learn to correctly spell and use grammar. :)

  • @mrwiddim it bounces yes if you jump AS HARD AS YOU CAN. I freerun outside dumb ass, and where do you think I learned? fuckin de,da,de. also you dumb ass, I said the majority of people don't freerun, there for of course they think the floors bouncy, I did to, until I got on it......you should do the same. Also I still can't get over that you think those thumbs mean anything, hate to break it to you but......... MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DON'T FREERUN

  • @mrwiddim Also "e-runner?" look at my page and your's...... :D

  • @djbroncoroc Okie dokie, you're an expert :) once you learn some control and flow... you'll be a master!

  • @mrwiddim I don't even know what that means....you can't fight everything with sarcasm bro..sometimes it doesn't make sense

  • @mrwiddim Also, if the floor's so bouncy, why do I feel like I have more power hight etc, when I flip off a table outside then when I flip in the gym?? hmm?

  • @djbroncoroc I'm really not trying to have an interweb fight with you is all. Flow is controlled, beautiful movement between each "move" as you might think of them. Look at say, how Ilabaca moves compared to someone who has only been training for a couple years... the natural beauty is apparent in every step. In response to your comment about the gym floor, perhaps you are blocking differently on the hard surface, it is a much different style of jump; personally, my jumps are higher in gyms.

  • @mrwiddim I wrote a paragraph on how that whole flow stuff you said was something anybody could say. and I see it on youtube so much that it makes my stomach sick. Also I wrote how hard surfaces have no give, and think about it to have bounce.....you have to have give!....but anyways the whole reason why I'm arguing was because when I film something its an accomplishment weather in the gym or not, and your comment seems to be putting him down. I sure as hell wouldn't want that on my vid,

  • @djbroncoroc If flow makes you sick, then you've a journey to embark on. I'm not putting down this video, I'm just stating a reality. A nine foot kong on a tumble track is cool and all, but its still assisted :P

  • @mrwiddim also I acknowledged flow, the part that makes me sick is how anybody with a keyboard can say they KNOW everything about parkour by watching vids and talking about flow. If you don't know that there's tons of youtuber's that do that, then you defiantly don't do parkour for real kid

  • @mrwiddim I acknowledged flow...what makes me sick is that anybody with a keyboard can say they do parkour and know everything about it by just watching vids and talking about flow. And if you think people don't do that...then you really don't do parkour kid

  • The floor in those king of gyms is bouncing...

  • lul thats just wrong

  • OMG !!!! O_O amazing

  • awsome im 5'7

  • Do you think he could just jump over it? If not then the kong vault is very effient at clearing large objects.

  • he was laying flat out, so unless he could tuck it back in then i dont think he could

  • No, I have found that I can clear much longer things with a kong vault than that I can jump. And I think that is the same with this guy. Also the pushing off with your hands at the end helps retain your momentum better.

  • okay i have a question will it be hard for me to do parkour because im 6'2?

  • im 6'1'' and look how "hard" it is for me. hehehe

  • I'm only like 5'5 lol.. I have no difficulty doing it..

My videos on my channel at the mo are kinda shit.. The July one I think is better..

But height doesn't matter I think.. I dunno..

  • well im 6'3" and when i started, i only had problems with thinking my legs were too long to do anything, but i found out it really doesn't matter b/c my arms were just as long/ linky... so once you become more comfortable with your body height isnt an issue

  • im 6'2" and im sponsored, hieght does not really matter, all it means is that you will have to do things a little differently to short people. For my wall imploders i have tuck tighter then another one of my mates who is shorter :)

  • i'm 16 and doing parkour for a half year

now i can do a 6,8 ft kong vault ... it's my favourite jump =)

  • i done 16ft in a gym and it was higher but that still looked good man keep up the good work

  • damn i hav to lern shit like this in th street

  • that was pretty sick but my friend did 14... but yours was higher

  • Two-foot punch takeoff and still managed to preserve his momentum. Amazing stuff.

  • i have been there!!!

  • thats not 9 feet

  • Nine foot long.

  • that is 9 ft

  • wow hugee

  • theres no gymnastic faciltys near my house to practice this stuff lol:/

  • yeah i no man im like learning new shit on ground i wish i had a place like this open to the public

  • same

  • Sicc man

  • i learnt monkey today and next is kong but doning that is a while away unless i go to a gym (which i wont) because then it will be like why the fuck not

  • i did this tommorrow but only in the gym

  • i did this yesterday, but only in the gym.

  • i dont want to show off,but i can do this too.

    it´s my favorite move! 5*

  • yeah this is one of my fav moves to

  • A Cracker in my mouth! -> hospital

    watch?v=mpDiSHXiD8s&feature=channel_page

  • you know what's fun? kong vaulting off a big ledge, tucking then going right into a dive roll. like kong, tuck and rotate forward, open up and land with your hands. In my well awaited up coming parkour, freerunning and tricking video, I will include on of those :P!

and merry christmas to anyone who celebrates it

  • Wow big jump right before the actual kong, punched right into it, a lot of power and speed.

  • nice

  • :O

    omg

  • omg a king kong its just called a KONG

    but good diving kong (Y)

  • ive done the distance on a double at the gym and i was happy but diving, damn.

  • spring floor rlz ^^

  • what the heck ... you suck.

  • what the heck u too

  • jebany jak to zrobil

  • mial dopierdy w dupie i przyjebal ale jebac go akrobatyke niech corki 6 letniej uczy kurwa. hardcore parkour rulezz

  • i can only kong 8 feet.

  • Nice... But try that on the streets, anybody can do that in a gym.

  • woooooo insane

  • its good but it dont look 9 ft lol looks like i could do it lol

  • If the guy's 6 ft then how doesn't it look 9 ft?

  • dunno like i think he could do longer easily

  • W...T...F, awesome

  • no -fuck that

    this vid was sick

im sorry, but go advertise somewhere else =D

  • poo and pie, yeeees, i like!

  • duh i can do that

  • shit thats crazy

  • ooo, nice, where is that place??

  • 1 word GOOD

  • lol the start of the jump was really low, if u jump earlier, u jump longer =)

  • Cool

  • damn that was perfection and all yall bad comments yall just mad cause yall can do it like you ZZskateboarding you know its nine feet stop hatein

  • awesome hahaha

  • Yeah, it is. I measured. Just look at the video - the guy is probably 6 feet tall, and his body fully extends. If you slowly cycle it through you can see that the obstacale is much longer than a 6 foot man

  • nice

  • shiiit.. adn he even took of with two feet!

  • Yeah, imagine what this killer would do if he mastered the split-foot takeoff! Holy crap!

  • is the split foot supposed to be farther? I thought it didnt matter how you took off.

  • na it doesnt matter how u do it, its jus wat u feel is best n wat u prefer and basicly ur stile!

  • thts well good. ive only dash vaulted a 8th foot object!

watch ma video if u want is on me user account thingy.

  • first off, thats killer. props.

second, if your saying "oh, im so better than you and half your age" quit being a doosh bag and apreciate what you know you cant do.

  • Wow okay, first off, I would LOVE to see you do a one footed Kong Leap, mainly due to the fact that it can't be done!!! Second, if you can do more than 9 feet (which I doubt) then by all means, please show us. If not, then stop being a pompous assbag and GTFO

  • type (kpk kirkley parkour) into search bar :)

  • wow i love youtube comments. "yeah, that's nice, but I can still go way farther, and I'm 3 years old." Good for you all, let's see your videos.

  • agreed, there too much bullshit on youtube =/

    gj man (y)

  • yeh, i take off 1 foot, i beat it by about a foot maybe on urban turf ..and im 14 xD

  • Not bad. I've still got you beaten by a few feet though. :)

    A one-footed take-off would help for distance.

  • I gotta try that, I thnik I could do it.

  • WOW zarąbiscie!! Tesh tak sie naucze XD

  • VERY GOOOOOOOOOD

  • cool but it's gym maybe i could do this 2 ! in gym !

  • if thats a spring pad .. UR CHEATING !! nice kong :D 5

  • needs improvement
