ST was clear on the cases were "probable". It was ethical and responsible to tell the public what they have to know. It did NOT hide it. Now there is a confirmed death in Washington State, in Snohomish county from the Swine Flu. Is this solely to scare people or to make up some kind of story? Who is right in this case? How can you talk about ethics when confrontational ambush interviews are hardly ethical? You didn't want answers, you just wanted people to look stupid on camera. I don't blame Espinoza for ignoring your later calls and emails when you decided to first ambush random people with a camera. Calling yourself a journalist doesn't give you the right to be rude and expect others to drop everything just to talk to you. You'd get more respect as a "journalist" if you treated others with respect.
