the instructor is actually right, your elbow is the strongest angle or part of your body, but i would never use it on a piece of wood, how about a lower jaw, a 360 spin and land that elbow straight on your opponent's back, that can give him a weird feeling of chocking. Please do not attempt anything i said on anyone, this is just for education purpose only. And don't blame me either if you get your ass kick or end up in jail.
