  • I believe u could really lose weight as long as you continue doing it. The real question is how long it will take you to lose weight by just doing this dance.

  • OMG! Dimitri is so boring and Kym is so dull. I was so surprised. Lacey's part was my favorite. She was vibrant, fun and made me want to dance. She looked like she was having so much fun. I think Lacey needs to have her own dvd. I bought this dvd because I thought it could help in my exercise regiment, but boring teachers only make you tired. Lacey is the only reason I'm keeping this dvd.
