I completely agree with this! I never read anything about it but EVERYONE I know tries to tell me I should eat every morning. I feel like you start to train yourself to eat when you aren't hungry thereby overeating when your body doesn't need it. Thanks for posting.
i hear you about "they" always telling you what you can and cannot do... we need to listen to our still small voice, but it gets drowned out by all the other voices.... need to get quiet, stay still and really listen...wisdom is calling. i'm a new subscriber and like your vids... aloha from hawaii ;0))

However, if people are not hungry-they should NOT EAT!!!! Plain and simple, eat when you are hungry, stop when you are satified, fill half your plate with veggies at both lunch and dinner, and I promise you will be healthier because you are doing what your body needs you to do.
your body is in detox mode from 11pm to 11am, so you shouldn't eat between those hours. and yeah I agree, the whole "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is so not true!

I don't usually get "hungry, hungry" for b/f, never was a b/f person, but I def noticed that if I have a bowl of cereal (heathy cereal) l do notice that it curbs my apetite for a longer period of time, I will eat a fruit until lunch time...Ur right, do what your body is telling u!
If you are not hungry a light breakfast (fruits) is the way to go. The blood sugar levels are too low after a long night sleeping. Also, that way you are not too hungry later, so you can eat a light lunch too.

I only eat when I'm hungry & ALWAYS eat breakfast. Sometimes it's at 11am or noon--but it's still my breakfast!
