Lord help us if Hillary Clinton is the candidate who "best represents the values of the Democratic Party." The Democrats used to be the party of FDR. The last I checked, Hillary is a far cry from an FDR Democrat. But Richardson should run for the Senate and consolidate the lead for the Democrats, or should be selected for VP by whoever gets the nod as the nominee for president.

Why are you ignoring the support staff at University of New Mexico hospital. 40% of them qualify for medicaid. And at Christmas management gives them food baskets. What happened to a living wage? The workers want to buy their own food.

America needs to keep some kind of presence in Iraq in order to continue dialog and because we need people there who can gauge the mood of the nation accurately.
We had very little information on Iraq before the invasion, partly because we had very little presence. That is not a mistake America should make again. Has Richardson talked to the CIA lately?

Hillary is in the lead because her coffers are full of corporate money. And voters have a bad habit of equating "money" with "popular support".

Edwards says we need troops to protect our embassy.
I say we don't want an embassy as big as the Vatican highlighting American occupation/imperialism. Give up the embassy. Lease it back to Iraq to help repay for it. It'll say Iraq the expense of building new government facilities that actually have electricity and running water, and we get some of that wasted $750 million spent to build it back.

We've got to get Richardson nominated. If we take down unelectable Hillary, we can take down the Republicans next year. Hillary is an awful candidate, and the voters in Iowa and New Hampshire will have their say, not the media. Go Richardson!

People find out how much more experienced Richardson is than any other candidate, and they become supporters.
No one has voted yet.
This is all hype. Most journalists are Clinton supporters.
The media is trying to build a feeling of inevitability about her. It won't survive the first primaries.
The Dems would be insane to nominate her. The GOP would be glad. They think that they can beat her.
But it won't happen. Richardson will be the Democratic candidate.
