How about Taylor Dent. Watch how he eats dounuts between changeovers. I really like this. You will be surprised if you just keep your eyes focused, how many dounuts he can fit under the towels. The tenacity at which he stuffs those things in his mouth is amazing. I really like this guy.
@hi10spro Verdasco beat Dent's dounut eating partner Nalbandian. Verdasco looks like he sneaking some dounuts in also. You got Dunkin Dounuts in Hawaii?
@hi10spro Nalbandian has always been fat. Which means he can put together 3 or four matches together, but to win seven is asking too much. I should know I make Peter Lungreen look thin. No I don't think you eat Dunkin Dounuts. I was wondering how you stay so fit. I guess filming and editing tennis viedos is a real areobic workout. How do you do all this? Playing tennis, working, and being a great father.
@dura1mater dude--you know I only play tennis twice a week, but when you age you have to diet--my wife thinks i'm fat :D plus chasing a baby around a mall is a great workout
@hi10spro Congrats. He's an easy 180 lb, too. Big guy. I wonder if he has ever eaten a dounut. Uncle Tony controls him like a surgeon does a scalpel. By the way Roger needs to fire Annacone if hasn't already. Annacone makes him hit too hard. This will injure Roger prematurely. And guess what it doesn't work.
@dura1mater I don't know why Roger doesn't use his whole game more--come to net, etc. He can do everything, BUT to be fair, Djoker was pounding the ball
Outstanding insight into the US Open! I wish the commentators, who spend so much time talking about stats and history, could mention more things of substance like this.... things directed at an audience who actually plays tennis and wants to get better.
Nalbandian is actually one of the shorter guys on tour :). He is 5"10. Huge game though. And fish actually is known for his big forehand. He sacrificed that for increased movement and more consistency.
I saw Nalbandian play in Toronto, his backhand is huge. I'm hoping murray or fed will take the open. Nadal has a chance, and this is probably the biggest chance he will ever have to win the US open, with guys like del po and tsonga withdrawn from the race.
@sendhelpbaylon OH i forgot Monfil--I like him--lasers off the groundstrokes--saw him at the Thailand Open last year, but he seems to be the forgotten man
