It's not that hard to get two moabs all you have to do is use specialist get 23 kills then get two assists which count as a kill so that will be one Moab then get a kill that will be two and if you want 3 capture a flag or plant the bomb

This doesn't make sense. When you got the 2nd MOAB, it killed about 6-8 people. 47-(6 or 8) = 39 or 41 which means you got your 2nd MOAB way before 47 kills.
