the game detects from 11 to 99, when it detects it disables rare drops

From 1 to 10 everything remains normal

@KIREEKPSO omg no wonder I have not seen a rare in months...Will the game give me rares if I have my 99 tool items on one character slot and not the other ? Or will I have to get rid of all of them ?

Only disables when that specific char enters pionner with items above 10 (exept phonton drops and photon spheres), if you leave 1 slot normal then that's ok, but if the other slot has that exploit then you won't be able to use that char to find rare items.
