For example in WW2 many "Japanese" soldiers were actually Korean, the Korean soldiers often did the "dirty" work in the Japanese Army like guarding the Japanese concentration camps (with all the atrocities that went with that). And many, many Japanese of today are in reality descendants of the Korean minority of Japan, like this murderer.

@superjared there's not ALOT of Yakuza that are Zainichi Korean, but there is a trend of Koreans in japan being part of the criminal element because of no opportunity, no jobs, and still considered alien. It's not beacuse there is more of a criminal element in Korean society, it's because of the treatment of the Zainichi by the regular Japanese citizenry.
