According to past court rulings, States actually can interfere within certain contexts, but a State has to prove a relationship between its regulations and having "fair and honest" elections.

I do not believe this is relevant though. The main issue, as I see it is as follows: Do you want to participate in a political party that does not allow its broader membership to participate (i.e. vote) in the selection of delegates to the Republican National Convention?

The leadership used stall tactics such as speakers to extend the time of the convention because they had no other recourse. I am a delegate and I will not be supporting the leaderships "official" continuation of the convention. What they did was wrong and everyone will remember!!

okay first of all! the stuff you are saying is a lie. you dont know what really happened at that convention i was there i know. second of all the ONLY reason Casey said what he did about breaking arms is because RON PAUL people have contacted heather kydd on an email that has NOTHING to do with the radio and said "we carry guns." that is a THREAT and now KXNT cant do remotes (shows outside of the studio so people can meet them) because they are in danger thanks alot guys. you DONT know the truth

It is so sad that Kydd and the "leadership" are able to tell so many lies. If they are so in favor of RNC rules then they should have had both of the rule changes in the original set of rules. They did not, so we had to put them in. The delegates overwhelmingly adopted these two required rules. Without those two "fairness" and required rules, no delegates would have been seated at the nationals. Who are they trying to kid? Thanks Robert for trying to "talk" to these rude non-delegates!

funny how heather kydd did not answer about the rule to vote for a recess but then later says that we are not following the rules. I bet the radio host guy did not listen to more than a few minutes of his so called audio. the first two hours had 15 speeches in it, who caused the time delima? the rule change took 1 hour. these two people are more than biased.. it sounds like the radio guy is trying to impress kydd.
