  • I'm sure your brokers NEVER write "pay option loans" with that "2%" rate do they?? and slap a 3 year hard prepay penalty on it.. causing borrower to lose their home.. ?? no??

  • Actually your are right, we have only originated 1 pay option loan in the last 6 years. Our customers like the loans we do and keep coming back for future business
