And the Scott et all hits "being clean" is rediculous. If any over average defenseman would dish out hits like for example Stevens did back than on any star forward player today they would have been thrown out of the league instantly.

i was a huge lindros fans , anyone who knows the situation knows , bonnie and carl lindros ruined this kid , he developed some bad habits on the ice , but had an amazing hockey gift in his wrist, "its all in the wrist, they are an extension of the heart"

@krisb2008 so much talant.sucks that his whole minor hockey and major junior carrer he got away with skating with his head down[hard habbit to break when your big]and when you hit the nhl you just cant do that.my oppinion

@amo652 Are you really saying Eric Lindros got away with skating with his head down? Haha, do you know why he had to retire? What a ridiculous reply. Him skating with his head down, along with the hardest hitter the game has ever seen in Scott Stevens, is the reason he had to stop playing hockey. Lindros was dominant in so many facets of the game. Say what you will about him but in his prime years there wasn't a more complete player on the ice as good as him at any given time.

@tigkid listen i watched him in oshawa and woke up at early a.m for world jrs.he got away with running around with his head down.im not some dumb fuck watch couple hockey games fan.loved the big E and his talant hated how his dad made his time in philly make him look bad.but he ran around with his head down

@amo652 Ok I'm not doubting you as a fan, but to say that he got away with skating with his head down is ridiculous. Am I saying he didn't skate with his head down. No, I am not. Because ultimately it was this reason that he had to stop playing hockey. Too many concussions from getting hit with his head down. So you cant say he got away with it because it ended up costing him his career. He never learned and it cost him dearly, thats all I was saying...
