That was a great idea to mouth the lyrics, I didn't consciously notice that before. I also like how you blend everything to that one song, the statue of the couple embracing at the beginning foreshadows the real life coupe. I love all the people snapping cameras. It's just great. :)

Thanks for noticing the foreshadowing. That WAS on purpose. I also ended the video with a couple (Lottie and Luke). Trying to keep the words of the song relevant within the context of showing my travels was the desired theme. And thanks to the anonymous couple, that became a possibility.

Dale - this made me cry. Except for the very end which made me laugh and now I am sort of all back together. The pacing on this was so so GOOD. This is a really good travel video. You have a great knack for cutting in just the right way. I could feel the excitement of being someplace new and having a sweet adventure. I am sure the wedding video will be of the hook! :)

I really wanted to convey how hard it was for me to get around the crowded sidewalks of London with a backpack and carry-on luggage. And it was really hard to get a shot that included all that in one frame. So the over-the-head, weird-angle-while-walking thing was born. And it is easily one of my faves.

You've produced a lot of videos... but I dare say that this is one of the best you've posted, and now one of my favorites. I was enjoying it from the first second, but the footage of the couple from 0:39 to 0:43 totally sealed the deal for me, and I was hooked in.

Everything about this was perfect - from the way the footage was shot, to the editing... everything. And the soundtrack! If Donora doesn't yet have a music video for this song, this vid can *easily* be it!

The wedding was AMAZING. I have shot around 50 weddings, and this was by far the most exotically beautiful! And the footage I got was GREAT!

And when I shot the two making out, I KNEW that this video would have a more "music video" feel to it than I originally expected. So I shot everything after that moment with that style in mind! And they made ALL the difference. So two thumbs up for European PDA!!!
