My mother purchased a vehicle from Dick Poe Chrysler in 1993, and she never purchased a vehicle from Dick Poe again. I can see that things have not changed since 1993. They have horrible customer service and the service advisors are creeps.

@emoneybagz23 All sales people are like that everywhere in the world. They lie to get a sale and earn a living. People in garages in the UK are no better. Main dealerships are out to con people with additional work all the time, cars are designed to have main dealer only faults to guarantee an income! We hit them where it hurts (in the pocket) and go elsewhere. That is why so many GM/Vauxhall, BMW and Toyota dealerships have closed down in the past 2 years. People remember bad service!

I have never ever nor will ever own a jap POS car even if it was the last fucking cars on earth i would not buy it. Ive own my Grand Am for 10 n ive been the owner since i got it n its a 00 with 105700mi still runs like the day i got it. This video watsed my time though what was the peroblem in the first place besides it being a toyota if a dealer makes a misteak they will usually put it off till u just forget about it at least some dealers would. Toyota sucks in general. My mom bought a 2007 Toyota Camry with only 7,000 miles on it. It has had countless amounts of problems with computer shit and the Toyota dealer always just takes it in and the dealer never knows what is wrong with it. I say, it is the badge on the grille. Toyota's suck ass. Get a Domestic. Less money, better for our economy, less problems. And if there is a problem, its possible to fix.
