German ICE Train on the way to Paris

so does the ICE actually go all the way to Paris? does it stop at Gare d'Est? does France actually have the same track gauges as Germany?

yeah the ICE took me all the way from Frankfurt to Paris. We arrived at Gare d'Est...the trip took around 3 and a half hours.

and the track gauges must be the same...i guess.

I agree, they are much more comfortable than TGV's. You can't even compare it (...and the ICE-Velaro is the fastest existing serial train also...)
