@KA800M Bounding Boots are the Rare/Ex version of Leaping Boots. SE changed a lof ot NM drops to Rare/Ex to discourage RMT traffic.

this NM and VE are one of the worst NMs ever, in both camping them and getting the drop...it's incredible if you get both items.

anyways this guy wanted to see what the NM looked like so i waited to kill it then he said nvm go ahead and kill it so when i did i got the drop and i was like OMFG OMFG YES!
