  • the drummer is a freakin beast .

  • sick, i wish i had a time machine to go back in time and be there.

  • fuck off with this us-uk debate, yes there are great bands on either side but mostly they're appreciated more by their own country as they relate to their own culture. arctic monkeys in particular. i'm from the uk and my favourite band is white denim. used to be radiohead. and shut up about politics. this is a music video, and as far as i know, there is no political message in it

  • @WeirdAndGeeky mmm sausages in my mouth

  • NATIONALISM AT ITS BEST! Its a very far, and arrogant stretch to start making generalizations about what part of the world is more superior in taste and musical originality. It is time to reach underground<---hopefully you all understand what I mean by this. At least there is one thing that I think most everyone who has posted under this vid agrees with: Most "Popular" music is complete shit. Total abomination to what I would call the tasteful listener.

  • Hook 'em

  • coolest venue ever?

  • haha "i like Amy Whitehouse"...... "Knock your teef straight."

Classic. You're funny Unabonger111, give it to them.. What does your name mean by the way it's AWESOME.

  • Radiohead are great. Although I mus admit that America has been beating Britain for the last 5 years or so when it comes to output of good bands. The likes of Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand are indeed quite shit. So is Amy Winehouse btw. Blues for people who don't have a clue what the blues are. Also, I'm from America nor Britain, so I can objectively rate the situation. For as far as one can objectively rate music that is. Which they can't.

  • look at all the brits falling over themselves over this second rate shit

  • and look at another yank thinking they know anything about music at all just remember who gives America all of their decent rock/alternative music i mean it was America who only started listening to KOL on their worst and most commercial album jsut remember we get the good stuff and make our own

  • really? I can't think of a single british rock group that's any good since the 70s. What is it now? Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, and Radiohead? Pure shite. I like Amy Winehouse but she's too cracked up to make another record, apparently. What exactly are you referring to? By the way, I'm sure I know more about White Denim than you do, considering they live in the same town I do. Don't make me knock your teef straight.

  • blur, oasis, pulp, joy division, new order, kasabian, stone roses, white lies, florence and the machine, foals, bloc party cribs klaxons woudl you like me to go on or stop embarressing you, you country has no real taste in music you have to be told what you liek by organisations or adverts not because it sounds good just because we have a real music scene hence y all good American bands come to spend a large amount of time here, denim rock and you know it, you ignorant know it all yank

  • yeah keep listening to those same cds from the 90s or whatever theyre playing on your alternative radio station. andrew bird, fleet foxes, yeasayer, ted leo, animal collective, tapes n tapes, the national? cmon even our 90s were better, pavement and the pixies, nuff said. junk coming out of britain these days..enjoy the kooks

  • btw, kings of leon blow. all their albums.

  • really mate well congrats but living in the same town doesnt mean shit i live in London so that would mean i knwo every single band there and lets deal with the threat first as you said you live in a merica i live in england i would be pretty impresse you straightening my teeth and on that note FREE HEALTH AND DENTAL CARE in the great british establishment we call Welfare state, so my teeth are great knick, ive probally seen the dentist more times that your whole family

  • well, this explains a lot, because white denim is indeed better than any of what you listed there. you guys had a good run copying 50s and 60s american rock and blues, but apparently the sun has set on the british empire. btw we got a pretty good scene here in Austin, of real rock, not that watered down poser dance shit you call rock. no hard feelings. sorry you had to take it personal, i was just joking around. old brit rock is some of my favorite, but you've lost your mind and your taste.

  • @unabonger777 Epic, dude.

  • @fireofsev nope

  • i find this band so inspiring, im 18 and in a band and its just such a nice feeling to know there are still bands out there who care about musicianship and having a good time !
