U might wannna add a self improvised rice packet or dessident bag into the box to make it dry in humidity.

That's pretty simple and a nice idea, but for extra stability I'd pack in the corners tighter around the camera.

the plastik box will cost 3 euro, 3 towels will cost 3 euros,totaly 6 euros...i bought a waterproof case 5 euro with guarranty!:P

creative idea, buying the case is better idea though. This little kid at the pool opened my case in the water and completely ruined the camera. Flip covered it 100% (including a dvd of the recorded videos that were lost) because I was using a flip case.

Well i have used it a bunch of times and not even a drop gets in because it's for white water rafting so it's very durable, it just can't go down deep deep in the water. No more than like 10 feet.
