Anderson gets a ppv cut from his fights depending on ppv sales. With that cut and backend bonuses figued in ufc fighters can make anywhere from 2-6 million per fight. These numbers you speculate are far from fact and more of a fantasy as there is no precident to show that an mma fighter can make that much from fighting a boxer. It has never happened at that scale for a reason.

If you do a quick search on google you can pull up a few articles that lists roughly what the ppv cut is for a few select athletes. I know brocks, randy's and chuck's numbers have been leaked in past years. Thats why the a/c pay release says that it's ONLY disclosed pay and doesn't include ppv and other bonuses.

Fedor has not impressed me to the point of saying he is the best in the world.....When he starts putting up dominating performances against top fighters i will say he is good. Fedor has been fighting bums, with the exception of Arvloski he has not really impressed me...yet Andrei has always had a suspect chin anyway. Comparing Fedor to UFC fighters on his record alone is like comparing Kimbo to MMA fighters based on his street fights.

Stylistically Fedor is not being tested the way he would in the UFC. There are many heavyweights in the UFC who are proving to be great fighters with good chins...I believe that Fedor can be overwelmed with stand up and the would totally throw him off of his game. IMO Brock, Velasquez, and probably Mir could all beat Fedor.

The issue with Cro Cop is not that he is out of his prime, its that people are not scared of him anymore. His chin is weak and his ground game is not very good. I really do not see how you can even compare undefeated people in other organizations to those in the UFC. Its just not the same.

I like GSP, but come on...Did you see his last fight? Went five rounds! The pitbull would have been murdered by Anderson Silva. You can't even compare the two. you are probably new to mma so let me explain this to you... silva and machida have almost the same style of fighting but their ground game is still questionable, silva got submited back in pride not by top calibers, i know they have good timing/accuracy when striking but shogun exposed machida's art of fighting and that's why machida lost, to us all hardcore mma fans machida lost, he is a paper champ.

I am actually not new to MMA and yes I did see the Machida vs Shogun fight three times, it was extremely close. Since I am originally from Thailand Muay Thai is in my blood and Shogun caused more damage. However a lost is a lost. Like I mention, I think Shogun will take the next fight. Shogun vs Anderson Silva is a whole different ball of wax. Anderson Silva is too lethal and accurate in stand up...and remember he choked out Dan Henderson...that's no easy task. So his ground game is solid.
