Man this album was mastered down to the bone, the sound on this album was CRISPY as hell,. This album, Stetsasonic's In Full Gear, and Doctor Dre's Aftermath album was the clearest albums i ever copped.
Before i get stuck in an altitude beyond my own level , i smack rappers and send em to the devil on a bus , return em to dust Peaking , ced g im speaking
Most ground breaking album in 88. No body was doing what Ultra was doing! While everybody was sampling James Brown they were using Star Wars samples and weird noises. Keith's word play was out of this world. I wish they would have been able to duplicate this album as a group.
"spicy lyrics, and words finger licking good" what the fuck? he must have been eating some churches when he wrote that line!! The reason that i loved Keith back then was that he was so spontaneous.. it was sad that as they got older in their career that they got fucking influenced by tthat bullshit rap..CED GEE used to have a nice flow, but when you hear him now he blows...even his voice was fucking raw back in the 80's...I know we all must change, but fuck, when your whole steeze is bootie!!
@clearviewmind ???? I have no idea what this song has to do with Ice Ice Baby other than the fact that they're both rap and both have famous samples in them.
We're going in full throttle, we'll better keep those fighters of our back!!
Classical from the day it came out.
