I never claimed to know Pac and yes I did create the video by definition through my editing efforts. However I did not create the footage, though I never claimed that either.

Most documentary filmmakers use archive footage, audio, & images to create their film(s) and in the end you wouldn't say that particular film wasn't created by them would you?

so if i take a piece filmf umm lets say tupac resurecction and put it together with another pac video and said i created it wouldnt i get in trouble??if the maker (the one who recorded the footages ask to get his credit u would have to give it to him right?? just asking cuz i like making vids also

I get what your saying now, I wasn't sure what you meant at first and thats why I answered that way. Basically what I do and alot of other people here do with the videos is just fan-work so we don't ask for permission to use the footage since we aren't releasing it, having it distributed, making money, or anything like that. Just as long as it's only on places like youtube it's fine.
