I really actually liked this ride. Yes, I know it was rough, but I liked it. I think it's better than green lantern. yes I've rode both. I rode the GASM like 2 times. The last time I rode was June 18th, 2010, miss this ride.
I'm glad I got a chance to ride it one last time back in 09! Alot of the old Arrow Dynamics coasters will disappear soon because of the company going out of business, and being bought by S&S. And the closest thing to these kind of coasters like the Scream Machine will come from Verkoma I think.
But putting the old Chang coaster and renaming it The Green Lantern, will definitely work to replace Scream Machine.

@123o28 the stand up coaster their building is not actually "new". It was called Chang & is being reloacated to Six Flags Great Adventure from Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom as part of the Six Flags recycle coaster program.
@MrJakeI1 The company that built it (Arrow Dynamics) closed a few years back & the park ran out of spare parts for it, or that is what their reason for closing down the ride is. However it is 75% confirmed that the B&M Stand up coaster Chang from Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom will be replacing the ride next year.
wish i had gotten a chance to ride gasm one more time. although it was rough, it was fun to be able to get away from all the long lines at the park and just ride gasm a couple of times. I will truely miss this ride.
